Neidermyer Fun Facts

Just to catch you up on the members of this "never-a-dull-moment" family. We seem to be entirely horse crazy. The family herd includes a little of everything from minis to our beautiful 18.2 hand Belgian stallion. The 2-legged version includes - Troy, the big bearded man that is the main teamster of the pulling horses; Kelly, the breeding/foaling manager, the showman/groom, and occasional teamster; Melissa, Troy's right hand with the pulling teams (helps harness, feed, groom, drive, and occassionally pulls); Miranda, the main chore girl; Jerrilynn, is the little equestrian and our cheerleader; which leaves us with Katelin who even though she is autistic, loves the horses and running around on the farm.

We are finally on the web!!!! The Neidermyer family has been breeding and raising Registered Belgians for over a decade. The pivot point of our Belgian herd is our phenomenal Belgian stallion - Diamond's Jim. We are carefully selecting and breeding quality Belgian mares that are producing spectacular foals. And after many, many years of showing the great American Paints and Quarter Horses, we have acquired an outstanding AQHA stallion - Tru Cool Splash and are adding broodmares to our program that will accentuate the wonderful dispositions and pedigrees.

It's A Family Thing

     We are a small scale family owned and operated equine operation. The Neidermyer family's crew of "stock holders" includes - Troy & Kelly with a pit crew of 4 beautiful blondes - Melissa, Miranda, Jerrilynn, and Katelin. The girls are just as involved in all the day to day aspects of the farm as we are. They have been doing excellent with the horses, whether they are helping harness and drive the pulling horses or participating at the shows with the Paints and Quarters.
     After a start in 4-H and many years of riding and showing many different breeds of horses, Kelly has found a passion for Paints and Quarters. After years of keeping track of a wonderful Ima Tru Skip son, Kelly had the opportunity to acquire Tru Cool Splash, and JUMPED on the chance to own this amazing stallion. Our broodmare band for Splash is small with only 3 broodmares at this time, we are trying to breed QUALITY horses instead of quantity.
     Troy & Kelly both enjoy the sport of horse pulling and after years of participating in this adrenaline filled equine activity we took a step forward and have started breeding and raising Registered Belgians that are well suited for the pulling arena. Our Belgian herd includes 5 broodmares and our gentle giant of a stallion - Diamond's Jim. We only have a couple foals a year and are VERY pleased with the dispostion and wonderful attitudes of Jim's offspring, their conformation and muscle mass are a spectacular plus.
